After School Programme

Our aim is to provide a place where children can come and be valued because of who they are, where they can relate to others in the same circumstances and we hope to inform them from a biblical viewpoint about the choices they can make which will positively influence their own life’s path.
Facilitator: Ruth Lickfold
Ruth is a primary school teacher who is still teaching part-time in a local intermediate school and also working part-time for Fenton Park Bible Church overseeing the Children’s Ministries.
Coaches:
Our coaches have had lots of experience with both children and children’s programmes. All staff on site have been police vetted. We will also be assisted by teenagers to run games and fun activities and help with craft. Teenagers who are too young to be police vetted are required to provide two character references.
*We are not professional counsellors and so do not seek to provide any professional advice to the children, nor will we endeavor to procure information from them. We will accept what the children tell us without judgment.
