Sunday Morning Children's Programme

On Sunday mornings, there are programmes for children of all ages. Families all attend the start of the service together in the auditorium. Then after a time of family worship and singing, the children will be released to attend the programme relevant to their age group.

Bible Explorers is for children aged 4-10 years.

There is also a supervised crèche available for children 0-3 years old.

Current Study: Answers Bible Curriculum (ABC)

Answers in Genesis is an apologetics (i.e., Christianity- defending) ministry dedicated to enabling Christians to defend their faith and to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Chris effectively.

The Answers Bible Curriculum takes students of all ages on an exciting chronological journey through the Bible with a focus on apologetics and life application! School Holiday Programme

For School Kids

These programmes run for one week of the school holidays in April, July, October and January. (Usually the second week). Children attend daily from 9:00am -3:00pm and need to bring their own lunches. Morning and afternoon teas are provided.

The day begins with an instructional programme including music, Bible stories, games, memory verses, quizzes and team challenges. Morning tea is followed by an on-going age based craft programme and the afternoon consists of lots of outdoor activities and games (weather permitting). We are fortunate to have our own grassed area adjacent to the church premises as well as easy access to Murray Linton Park and the Redwood forest.

The labour for these programmes is all voluntary, but we do charge a registration fee to cover the costs of the materials and resources we provide for each programme. Due to the increasing popularity of the programmes the numbers attending have had to be limited and registrations are accepted on a first-in, first-served basis. Preference is always given to children who register to attend for the full week as the teams, teaching and craft programme are all planned on a weekly basis.

If you are interested in your child attending please email me and I will add your name to the circulation list so you will be advised as soon as registrations open for each programme.
