1) Take up the challenge to read through the entire book of 1st Peter three times this week as
part of your daily scripture reading in prayer.
2) Choose one of the four truths and look up all the references tracing that theme through 1
Peter.
3) How does Peter’s attachment of doctrine to a Christian duty motivate our obedience? How
should that truth be used in our personal application?
4) Look up all the references for the four practical priorities and identify the commands in
each.
5) Why do you think the Holy Spirit through Peter chose these four practical priorities in how
to stand firm in an anti-Christian culture?
